Join us for a relaxed and welcoming afternoon of drawing and colour, led by local artist Ellie Babin. This hands-on workshop is open to all skill levels, and all materials are included. This workshop marks the launch of a new, paid workshop series running alongside our free Studios Création programming. Thanks to support from the MRC, Studios Création has been able to offer free events that connect our community with local artists and creative practices. Now, we’re taking the next step. By introducing community-supported workshops, we aim to help artists move beyond institutionally funded opportunities and toward sustainable, community-based income, while keeping creativity accessible, local, and human-scaled. Come explore colour, learn simple drawing techniques, and connect with others—while directly supporting an artist and the growth of our local cultural ecosystem.
